on August 22, 2006 and began production on our first Park Model on December

Park Models
Park Model Homes are recreation structures primarily designed for short-term
residence for recreation, camping or seasonal use. They are built on a single
chassis, mounted on wheels for delivery and postioned on your choice of property for
however long the duration of your choice. They are designed not to exceed 400 square
feet in the set-up mode.
Each Park Model is certified as complying with ANSI A119.5. We offer lofts configured
to your needs, with barrel-vault or arched ceilings to maximize headroom. We
also offer 6', 8' or 10' covered porches, designed with livability features seldom
seen in the park model industry.
- Families are using park models for their vacation cottage at the beach,
by the lake, or in the mountains
- Retirees are choosing these economical, low cost, low maintenance homes
as their permanent residence
- Entire RV resort villages are being built using park models exclusively
